Buffalo Wild Wings GO — Crowd Review
Summary
Guest feedback for the Buffalo Wild Wings GO location at 212 Garfield St S in Tacoma is notably mixed. While some patrons praise the establishment for its high-quality, flavorful boneless wings and the convenience of its late-night operating hours, others report significant dissatisfaction regarding the customer service experience. Negative reviews highlight instances of unprofessional behavior by staff, including poor communication and a lack of attentiveness. Additionally, some customers have expressed frustration with the restaurant's management, particularly concerning refund policies for order errors. Despite these service-related complaints, the location is frequently recognized for its reliable order accuracy and its role as a quick, accessible option for those seeking standard Buffalo Wild Wings menu items. Because the number of specific reviews for this 'GO' format location is relatively low, the overall sentiment remains polarized between those who enjoy the consistent food quality and those who have had poor interactions with the staff.
