Red Robin Lacey — Crowd Review
Summary
The Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews in Lacey, Washington, receives mixed feedback from guests, resulting in an average rating of approximately 3.0 out of 5 stars. Many patrons appreciate the restaurant's classic menu offerings, specifically highlighting the iconic bottomless steak fries, the wide variety of gourmet burgers, and the overall family-friendly, casual atmosphere. Several reviewers have praised individual staff members for being attentive, kind, and energetic, which significantly improved their dining experience. However, the establishment faces recurring criticism regarding service and operational standards. A notable portion of negative reviews points to inconsistent food quality, such as cold fries or improperly cooked items, and concerns regarding restaurant cleanliness, including reports of dirty tables. Additionally, some guests have expressed frustration with the parking situation and the presence of unexpected charges on their bills, such as entertainment fees for table-top games. While some visitors find the location to be a reliable spot for a quick and affordable meal, others suggest that the service and maintenance levels can be hit-or-miss. Overall, the restaurant is viewed as a standard, convenient option for families and casual diners, though experiences appear to vary significantly based on the specific visit.
