The Marshall Suites — Crowd Review

Summary

Guest experiences at The Marshall Suites on Bainbridge Island are notably polarized, resulting in a mixed overall sentiment. Many guests highly value the hotel's prime location, noting its proximity to the ferry terminal, downtown Winslow, and local dining options. The spaciousness of the suites and the inclusion of kitchenettes are frequently cited as significant advantages, making the property a practical choice for longer stays or travelers who prefer self-catering options. Conversely, a segment of guests has reported significant frustrations regarding the maintenance and cleanliness of the property. Common complaints include persistent odors in rooms, worn-out furniture, and issues with room access via key cards. While some reviewers praise the staff for being attentive and helpful, others have expressed dissatisfaction with service quality. The property is often described as a convenient, functional base for exploring the island, but some visitors feel the current condition of the rooms does not align with the price point. Overall, while the hotel is well-regarded for its accessibility and room size, potential guests should be aware of the inconsistent reports regarding room quality and maintenance.
