Columbia Super Range — Collective Review

Summary

Columbia Super Range in Everett, Washington, is widely regarded as a reliable and popular public golf practice facility. Visitors generally express a positive sentiment, frequently highlighting the convenience of the 50 covered, heated, and lighted hitting bays, which allow for year-round practice regardless of weather conditions. A major draw for many golfers is the integration of Toptracer technology, which provides valuable data on ball flight and distance, helping players improve their game. The facility also features a natural grass chip-and-putt course and a practice bunker, offering a comprehensive environment for short-game development. Many reviewers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, as well as the availability of PGA and LPGA instructors for lessons. While the pricing is generally considered competitive and fair, some users have noted concerns regarding the quality of the golf balls, suggesting that older balls are not replaced frequently enough. Additionally, while the facility is well-regarded, a few visitors have pointed out that the chipping course maintenance could be improved and that the on-site pro shop is somewhat limited in size. Despite these minor criticisms, the range remains a staple for local golfers, with many long-term patrons praising its consistency and accessibility. Whether for casual practice or serious skill development, the venue is frequently recommended for its balance of amenities and utility.
